HOTEL BELLA FIRENZE, Florence – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfy rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The dining experience was somewhat lacking in variety, but the pool area was enjoyable. The location is superb, though the extra cost for Wi-Fi was a downside.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were immaculately clean and quiet, equipped with modern amenities like a tea pot, fridge, safe, and hairdryer. The staff went above and beyond in their service, providing helpful tips and even helping with our luggage. The location was superb, close to the train station and within walking distance of major attractions. The dining options were varied and delicious, especially the fresh croissants and coffee. A truly delightful experience overall.

I stayed at the hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were modern and equipped with convenient amenities like a tea pot, a fridge, a safe, and a hair dryer. However, the soundproofing was not the best as I could hear conversations from next door and neighbors coming in and out. The flushing of the toilet was quite loud and could be disruptive. Despite these issues, the location was super convenient near the train station, within walking distance to many attractions. The service was pleasant, with some staff being very helpful while others seemed a bit distant. The dining experience was decent but nothing extraordinary, with basic Italian breakfast options available. On the bright side, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory, making the overall stay manageable.
